CIVIL & INTERIOR JOBS

CIVIL & INTERIOR WORKS

IDI team can turn any practical interior concept into reality. The team involved are well versed in delivering complex designs and execute each line items as per the client selected specifications. To achieve the desired outcome one must have the civil capabilities at back and we have number of engineers to do the needful. From lighter civil jobs like brickwork, block works, PCC, Plaster etc. IDI team can execute the major civil jobs from Foundation till entire construction of the building.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

We are a Class A certified contractor and provides High Voltage, Low Voltage, Distribution and Building Management Services through our subordinates and well qualified engineers. Fixture Installations are executed by the team at ground under the supervision of dedicated Project Manager. All risks are thoroughly assessed before testing and energizing the site. Existing environment can easily be upgraded by our team of professionals.

SECURITY SYSTEMS

CCTV, Access Control, Attendance Systems, Video Phone, Telephane, EPABX system, Fire Alarm System are what an inclusive requirements of the projects these days and we have the team to get the job done. All the respective cabling are done while other services are executed or when is asked to execute and the corresponding hardware are procured and installed as per the client’s requirement. Designing of Control room is also a part of our job and we can customize it as required.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

We undertake the Installation of building hydrant fire fighting system as per the Fire norms and assist you to get the relevant clearance from the local fire authority. Various pumps along with other accessories are also provided as per the client selected make and specifications. The Pump Room services and connections to the building are carried out by our in house plumbing team. The testing of the system is done as per the standard operating procedure.

HVAC SYSTEM

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system is an important part of every building and to Install and control the system require high skill and expertise. IDI has the team to deliver the same as per the standards. Ducting, Pipe Line laying, Insulation work are all done by our own team while the pumps, dampers and grills are procured as per the design and upon client’s approvals. The testing of the witem is done as per the standard operating procedure.
